The senate has started a motion to impeach the president MarkBraun05 for felony crimes. To see more about this please visit the following forum here. The senate has evidence this has happened and we believe that the president cannot be in office if they have committed a felony crime. This is all.

At this time the motion is APPROVED

We do not want to do this to the president but given the severity of the crimes and the nature of the crimes it seems the only logical action. We would like to stress that this decision was a hard one and we took 2+ weeks of constant debate to decide this issue. Other punishments besides impeachment were put on table for consideration but again due to the nature of the crimes, we concluded that the only logical action was to impeach him. Please note that this decision was not taken lightly and all of the repercussions were looked at beforehand and made sure that they weren't going to harm the IMVU Federal Government. Thank you for your cooperation.

motion is approved and now a order by the founding fathers, the president is removed from office on july 29, 2011 @ 5:00 pm eastern time
